INSTALAR UNA PLANTA EN LA REGION QUE TRITURE EL HORMIGON ARMADO PRODUCTO DE DEMOLICIONES, LE QUITE HUMEDAD, SEPARE PARTICULAS DE CEMENTO, CAL CON LAS DE METAL (FUNDE METAL), MUETREA CAPACIDADES MECÁNICAS DEL MATERIAL SOLIDO OBTENIDO Y LO MEJORA CON ADITIVOS PARA AJUSTARLO SEGUN REQUERIMIENTOS. LA IDEA ES DISMINUIR CONUSMO ENERGÉTICO, LA HUELLA DE CARBONO Y AGUA PARA LA REGIÓN GENERANDO UNA MATERIA PRIMA MEDIANTE UN RECICLADO.
