Portal de Descargas Gobierno Abierto

Se Trata de Crear un Portal Web donde se puedan unificar y almacenar vídeos y archivos de mp3 de spot y campañas de todos los Ministerios y Servicios del Estado para que cualquier ciudadano/a o institución pueda acceder a ellos.
