SOY DE LA SERENA Y SE ME OCURRE CREAR UNOS BICITAXI PARA LA GENTE QUE QUIERA DESPLAZARSE EN LA AVENIDA DEL MAR POR POCO DINERO , ESTA IDEA ES PARA DESCONGESTIONAR LA AVENIDA DE TANTO VEHICULOS QUE PASAN EN PLAYA , EJEMPLO TRASLADARSE DESDE 4 ESQUINA A EL FARO POR XX LUCAS , Y TAMBIEN APLICARLO EN EL CENTRO DE LA SERENA PARA LA GENTE DE LA TERCERA EDAD O AQUELLA QUE TENGA ALGUNA COMPLICACION Y QUE QUISIERAS TRASLADARSE ALGUNA PARTE , ESA ES MI IDEA CREO QUE ES UN PLUS AL TURISMO LA IDEA ES QUE ESTAS BICITAXI LA MANEJEN ESTUDIANTE PARA AYUDARLOS CON SUS ESTUDIOS.
