SE TRATA DE PONER RODILLOS EN AUTOPISTAS DE GRAN TRAFICO, PERO SOLO EN CIERTOS PUNTOS. ESTOS RODILLOS AL PASAR LOS VEHICULOS, GIRARAN Y PODRAN CARGAR BATERIAS, LAS QUE SE UBICARAN ABAJO DEL ASFALTO. PODRA UTILIZARSE ESTA FUENTE DE ENERGIA PARA LA ILUMINACION DE LAS MISMAS AUTOPISTAS, O DARLES OTROS USOS. SE ENTIENDE QUE LOS RODILLOS NO SERAN INCOMODIDAD PARA AUTOMOVILES Y ESTARAN CARGANDO ENERGIA LAS 24 HORAS DEL DIA.
