A LAS HEMBRAS SE LAS ESTERILIZARAN. MEDICOS VOLUNTARIOS AYUDARAN, IGUALMENTE PERSONAS..LA IDEA ES QUE ESTOS ANIMALES VIVAN DIGNAMENTE Y LAS CIUDADES SE DESCONGESTIONEN.
