A Women Talk (WT) it’s a space designed to talk about gender equality.Every worker of a company might be able to ask for a WT if necessary.Conscious leaders may implement frequent Women Talks to boost collaboration and creativity.Premium Women Talks (PWT) are ran by talented woman from NGOs with strong feminist virtues and impact. PWTs are two phases events for women empowerment: BUILD and BEBUILD is about women building and delivering value in the organization.BE is about practices for women to feel psychologically safe at work.The output of the workshop might be a group of employees with a strong sense and practice to promote gender equality. A factor to strengthen economical growth and innovation.Women Talks is a community of humans, who dialogue and act for gender equality.Our first event is happening on Nov 18th and 20th, 2021.
