Medical exercises are the essential components of education, prevention and treatment of 21st century diseases, yet the risk groups or patients show demotivation to practice their exercise programs regularly. Through gamification of medical exercises using natural interaction interfaces, researchers showed higher motivation can be achieved in the sense of more exercise time and more successful moves by patients. Unfortunately, game development, physical therapy, & rehabilitation expertise are still divided. There are some games in the market that do not provide medical expertise, or some games provide medical expertise but aren´t attractive for users because they aren´t designed by game developers.
